Peter- What is involved in changing an "inch" 1980 Deckel FP3 to metric dials ?

And analog scales of course...but that part is obvious enough. Are the screws metric already or would screw and nut need to be changed as well ? And then there is the pesky voltage issue...this one has 220 volt spindle motor (one voltage only since it's a 2 speed motor)

I ask, as it seems like you changed an inch Deckel to metric years ago. Of course all one has to do is click the "metric" button on the DRO, but I understand the Germans are loathe to even glance at an inch dial or scale in passing.

Now Singer is up to 33,000+ Euro on a Generation One, FP2 and $36,000 Euro on a Generation Two, FP2. They have no FP3's, first or second generation.
