I just bought this on Ebay. It's in great shape because it was so full of fossilized grease that nothing moved, so probably was never used in the past 30 years. I followed these nice instructions http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb...g-head-302945/ and this step-by-step (attached PDF file shows reassembly, just reverse in time to take apart) to take it apart, clean out the old grease, and relubricate:
