Deckel FP1 feed control stick doesn't stay engaged

I recently purchased a mid to late 50's FP1. Before I transported it home everything worked perfectly. I was just able to get power to it, and now it has issues with the feeds. I haven't had time yet to look into it, and I am sorry if the topic has already been talked about(did a quick search and didn't see my issue). So whats going on is no matter what feed combo its in the control stick will engage for a second or two then pop back out, and this happens in all 4 directions. Sometimes it stays engaged longer then others. Going to try and fix it tomorrow afternoon, any advice is much appreciated!
