Hermle U630 T - tool changer problem

Hello guys, we have problem with our mill Hermle with TNC heidenhain426 control. Problem occurs when i doing tool change, only three pocket working properly from 16 avalibile, when i call that tool from pocket that doesn't work, the carrosel just sit down, and error 71 occure.There are no moves there.
I have checked tool changer sensors and its signals they working proprelly. I also try changing parametar Mp 7480 but no succes. Is anyone have similar problem
