Japanese 'clone' Aciera F3

Incase everyone here know about this machine?
I have opportunity to purchase both Aciera F3 and this Ogi oum-80 which is really in nice condition compare to aciera F3 that has been abused before.

Like other euro style that 'clone' Deckel FP1.
They clone deckel when they think that patent is not working during german war.

So what about this Ogi OUM-80 that 'clone' Aciera F3, this was made in 1971 which Aciera still in business, Do they has license from Aciera ?

I believe the quality is good since it came from 'Daini seikosha' factory that made Seiko watch or other, have no idea.
