Deckel D Bit Grinder Differences and Capabilities

Being lazy, just asking this forums opinion on the Deckel D Bit grinders as I have seen a few for sale, and which I am interested in buying, but as i have never used a d bit grinder I am at a bit of a loss as to what to look for in these machines and there capabilities

I see SO and SOE machines for sale here at this site on ebay...

Can someone explain the difference and what is better in terms of capabilities.

I use a cincinnati T&C so I am aware of grinding and relief angles ect..

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
