question on wiring for a 1955 Deckel FP1

Hello all, new user here :)
I'm Jochem, a self employed metal worker (welding, machining, shaping etc) from the Netherlands. Been browsing this site since i bought an old lathe a while back.
This summer i finally got a chance to upgrade my chinese amateur mill to a FP1. It's a 1955 model and came with tolling, slotting head, horizontal and vertical heads. Used to belong to a hobbyist, who used it for model making. The paint is worn, but the mechanics are great. He had it suited up for 230volts, with a 230v motor and duall pully setup. All the 3 phase wiring was included and i got a siemens 3 phase motor in the deal.

This week i started the conversion from 230V to 3 phase. I have 3 phase in my workshop. I checked the internal wiring and inspected the motor. It's running now, on both speeds. I'm not very experienced with electrics, 3 phase motors are new to me.
My question is with the wiring of the four wires on the FP1. The diagram in the manual uses R, S, T and O or 0. I am not sure if the O or 0 should be the earth/ground wire or neutral (not sure what to call this in english).
I am a bit hesitant to use the mill, before i am certain about the connection. I'd rather be safe with the use of 3 phase :rolleyes5:

Would the 230V setup be worth selling? Not sure if there is interest, it was quite handy for me, since i only have 3 phase installed recently.

Hope you guys can help me out, so i can get to milling some parts this week. Thanks in advance!
jochem.
