Mystery Mill (to me, anyway) - Macut

Hi -
First time on this forum, but not new to PM, mostly on the antique machinery forum.
I'm hoping maybe that someone here might have some info on my new old milling machine.

Anyway, I bought this mill a couple a couple months ago, and finally got it home this weekend.
It's a "Macut", and the seller originally thought it was Italian, as it had an Italian motor when he got it.
The motor's since been replaced with a 3ph American Doerr.

All the fastenings are metric, but all the dials and feeds are in inches.
It's quite a stout little mill, 2 hp, all gear drive, and one of the nice features is the swivel table.
It has no spindle feed - Knee only. The spindle is MT 3.

I found the serial # and a maker's logo (a Fleur-de-Lis, of all things) on the end of the table.

So maybe one of the European members might have seen one from this maker.
I'm wondering if it might be an eastern Europe manufacturer, but I really have no firm idea.
There's NO info available anywhere online that I can find, and Tony (Lathes UK) has never heard of it.

I'll try and get some more photos of it, when I get it unloaded, if anyone's interested.
