Emco FB-2 bearing bushes?

Being this is my first post, it will be part Introduction, part question.

First off., Even though I am a welder/fitter by trade, I have always been interested in the possibilities of machining, be it turning or milling.
I am 27 years old, I have been working in the welding/ fitting business for the last 10 years, since i started my apprenticeship when i was about 17.

So I have been milling and turning some things at work since i started at my new job, after being fired from previous one due to low order intake, but ever since the vertical-head for our mill got wreaked a few months back, and the boss not wanting to get it repaired, and Me wanting to continue my milling work.
I invested in an FB-2 milling machine, which seemed like just the right size for stuff i make,. Which is custom NV mounting and Airsoft parts in Aluminium.

So the question is,. This mill seems to have been excessively used in the 2nd gear and is quite noisy compared to running it in 1st and 3rd gear at high or low speed setting. So i am guessing it is just the bushings that are worn out, and need replacing,. But where is a got source to get some spare ones?,. And are they a pain to replace?, I have not yet taken the gearbox apart, but from what i can see on the exploded drawing in the service manual it seems pretty simple.
