Subject says it all.... Need to power an Abene VHF3 on 1phase and unsure whether to use a rotary or a static converter. No experience with either, and unsure if both need to be up sized from the motor power (7hp, iirc) or just the static one does. Any difference between the two other than the static being quieter? Will be my only 3phase machine here at home, as my Clausing 5900 is single phase.
