MH 700c reference point and hydraulic problem

Hello, we have a problem with Maho MH700C.

We decided to change X and Y spindles and machine was not working for 2 months. When we finally

got new spindles and install them there were some problems. X and Y axis wouldn't go to reference

point. Machine goes right pass firs switch till it hits end switch and then shuts motors off. Also axis

had reversed reference point position. Normally X would go right and Y would go down, but it was up and

left. I checked the parameters to see if anything was changed, but it was not. I changed the

parameters so it would go down and right. At first only Y axis didn't go to reference point so I changed

switch cable, but that didn't fix a problem. Then after few tests both axis didn't go to reference point.

B axis and hydraulics are also not working.

If I try to go to diagnostics, machine resets to main screen.

Switches work ok, tested them with a multi meter. I pushed all switches few times to see if they pop

up and had no problems.

Took X-Y card out, it is clean, nothing looks burned, connectors are ok. I put it back in, checked all

connectors that plug in it, they are undamaged.

Voltages are:

-15,18V

5,03V

12,22V

24,4V

15,31V

Battery is bad, should get new one in a day or so.

The Maho Doctor suggested to change "in position window" for X and Y from 10 to 5000. Machine

turned off motors every time I released manual movement and went over 500mm/min.

Does any one have 4022 226 3621 card diagram?

What does constant 188 do?
Any info is very appreciated.
