Long reach head again

Read some Posts about long reach head so i think Someone can help me out.

Picked up my long reach head and table today of my te be delivered fp2.

One nut of the swiveling head was loose, so i removed all bolts and now am trying to put it together again.

Can only get two of four in now.
Is there a trick to Getting at the nuts, without removing the aluminium plug?

Nothing broken by the way, head is rebuild and repainted by deckel.
Like the rest of the machine.
