Deckel FP4NC "unterspannung"

Hello everybody,

I've followed all the posts with interest, but now I m in need of some help!

I've a Deckel FP4NC Dialog 4 for as far as I know everything functions

But I m experience some trouble when starting up the machine.

When switching on main power, and after that the controll to switch the machine in working mode everything is ok.

All servo's and gear selectors are working and doing fine.

When running a program with S+0 everything works, feed rate high or low.

But when I activate the main engine:

You hear the gear selectors
You hear the engine brake de-clutching
the engine tries to get running

And then the complete machine falls out.

after a few seconds it comes back, x y z 0 -[]-
in the main controll cabin you see the led "unter spannung" burning
I can put the machine in working order again and it starts again.
But when the machine is switched on for several hours and everthing is warm, this failure alsmost never occurs but still sometimes ... it lets me down.

I suspect that there are some old capicitors that are worn out and cannot catch the voltage peak down when starting the engine. But where to look?

The secundary volts that are there to guide the controll are all a bit above the desired 20 V

The main power cable to my shop is 5x6mm2

To never switch off the machine occured off coarse in my mind, but sometimes I dont use him a few days and the constand blowing of the van of the "transistor regulator" and the constant burning crt monitor feels not great either.

And someone told me that the problem in time will only get bigger, so that even with a complete warm machine the faillure wil occure.

Hope someone can help me, appreciate all thoughts.

excuse my bad spelling, Im just a Dutchy
