Deckeloid - strapping down for transport, MT4 to what?

I hope it's ok posting this here, it's not a Deckel but a "clone" I'm bidding on in an auction? It's a "Yukon" and if I'm right about the (Kanji?) lettering on the labels (and apparent build quality) it's Japanese, modelled on the late-60's FP1 but with more gears and the single-speed motor enclosed in the column. I'd love a genuine article, but my budget won't quite stretch that far... This one is at least in good shape and has some useful equipment with it.

As it's not several tons (nor even a full ton, I think) I'll be towing it home on a hefty trailer and I wonder if anybody has advice as to where to place straps (I have a third-to-half-dozen 7&1/2 ton ratchet straps that successfully controlled the 2 tons+ of my Holbrook lathe when moving it on the same trailer) - would it be safe to take loops around the top (horizontal milling) overarm and the rear of the (powered) Y slide with all the locks engaged, assuming I remove drawbar etc., crossing them each side (so the rear would anchor in front and vice-versa)? In addition to those, from each side of the mill, loop around the upstand on the Y slide and back to the same side, which should give the first two anchoring it fore and aft, the second pair side to side - or am I heading for disaster?

Next Question - I see mention of drive rings etc. to use ISO40 / CAT40 tooling, can anyone fill me in on how this adapts to the (MT4?) spindle tapers? If it's relatively simple, there's a cabinet full of ISO40 and other tooling alongside as another lot...

Any help very gratefully received!
Dave H. (the other one)
